Injury Lawyers for Palm Beach County Residents
The Injury Advocates represents people in Palm Beach County who have been seriously hurt in car, truck, motorcycle, and pedestrian crashes, falls, and other accidents, and families who have lost a loved one. We handle cases throughout Palm Beach County and meet clients wherever is easiest for them. Our founder, Kweku Darfoor, is personally involved in every case.
Our attorneys have handled high-profile Palm Beach County litigation, including the civil case for the family of Corey Jones against the City of Palm Beach Gardens, which settled for $2 million. Insurance companies work to pay as little as possible on serious claims. We find the angles they would rather you not see, and we prepare every case as if it will be tried in court.

Your Case in Palm Beach County Courts
Injury cases from Palm Beach County are filed in Palm Beach County’s 15th Judicial Circuit, which has its own judges, juries, and local procedures. Smaller civil claims (up to $50,000) from southern Palm Beach County are handled at the South County Courthouse, 200 W. Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, and from the northern part of the county at the North County Courthouse, 3188 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Larger injury lawsuits are heard by the circuit court at the Main Courthouse, 205 N. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.
If the at-fault driver or company is based in Broward County, your case may also be able to be filed there. We explain the options during your free consultation, and you work with the same attorney either way.
How Long Do You Have to File?
For most Florida negligence claims, the deadline is generally two years from the date of the injury. Claims against a city, county, or other government agency have their own notice requirements and damage limits under Florida’s sovereign immunity law. Because evidence and deadlines both slip away, it is best to speak with a lawyer as soon as possible after a serious injury.
